With Ernest Ng's passion towards homebrewed beer, came the launch of RedDot BrewHouse, now standing proud as a pioneer in the craft brewery scene in Singapore for 17 years to date. We are proud to introduce our second-generation brewer & distiller, Crystalla Huang, daughter of Ernest. Crystalla shares her father's love for experimentation and brewing, complemented by her journey at VLB Berlin. Her travels have and actively shape up the interesting range of beers available at RedDot BrewHouse today!
Being a trained chef from the Culinary Institute of America, Crystalla has continued her pursuit of knowledge with brewing science. This interest has helped in creating variety at RedDot BrewHouse.
RedDot BrewHouse is currently run by a closely knitted family, with a philosophy to continuously bring intriguing flavours and personal experiences to the table. A beer garden with numerous possibilities - has given us the competitive edge and ability to stay a prominent figure in the craft beer scene for nearly two decades!
