HUMBLE BEGINNINGS

With Ernest Ng's passion towards homebrewed beer, came the launch of RedDot BrewHouse, now standing proud as a pioneer in the craft brewery scene in Singapore for 17 years to date. We are proud to introduce our second-generation brewer & distiller, Crystalla Huang, daughter of Ernest. Crystalla shares her father's love for experimentation and brewing, complemented by her journey at VLB Berlin. Her travels have and actively shape up the interesting range of beers available at RedDot BrewHouse today!

Being a trained chef from the Culinary Institute of America, Crystalla has continued her pursuit of knowledge with brewing science. This interest has helped in creating variety at RedDot BrewHouse.

RedDot BrewHouse is currently run by a closely knitted family, with a philosophy to continuously bring intriguing flavours and personal experiences to the table. A beer garden with numerous possibilities - has given us the competitive edge and ability to stay a prominent figure in the craft beer scene for nearly two decades!

At RedDot, every beer tells a story. Our award-winning brewmasters meticulously select the best ingredients and employ time-honored brewing techniques to create a diverse range of beers, from refreshing lagers to fruity ales and robust stouts. Each sip offers a unique experience, with rich flavors and aromas that reflect our commitment to excellence. We don't just provide good craft beers, at RedDot, we produce great beers.

We also pride ourselves on our sustainable brewing practices, ensuring that our process respects the environment while producing top-notch beers.

At RedDot BrewHouse, we have always embraced nature—not just in spirit, but in our very design. Surrounded by lush greenery, we made a bold choice to stay true to sustainability by creating an open-concept space with NO air conditioning, a rarity given Singapore’s tropical climate. Instead, we designed our premises to work with nature, not against it. Our high ceilings and specially designed roof foil help regulate temperature, while a giant garden fan and abundant foliage create a naturally cooling environment.

Beyond just brewing great beer, we take pride in preserving the beauty around us, caring for the century-old trees that stand as silent witnesses to time. At RedDot, sustainability isn’t just a practice—it’s a way of life, woven into every corner of our brewery.
